Radio Helsinki’s Imre Withalm interviewed the Argentinian film maker Juan Manuel Biain at the Elevate Festival 2011. Biain’s documentary Article 12 is about the lack of privacy in the age of surveillance, voyeurism and CCTV as the „Eye of God“.
