Vizion Sounds Records was initially founded 1992 back in London , when Walter ‚Wally‘ Fraser built up a label with the concept of giving an opportunity to young talents.

1995 he established Vizion Sounds International Promotions in Georgetown/Guyana. The emphasis was now on promoting international reggae shows featuring acts like Big Youth, Don Carlos, Sizzla, Luciano, Dennis Brown and Freddie Mc Gregor in Guyana. With the success came a renewed sense of positive vibes and Walter Fraser chose to pursue his ambitions of music production on his own label again, nurturing and displaying the talents of the young with positive messages to articulate. He was approached by an accapella outfit called First Born, who impressed him not only with their humility and integrity as a group of Guyanese Rastafarians, but most definitely with their work ethics as they had already seventeen completed songs in their portfolio.

The signing of First Born to the Vizion Sounds Label was the start of a fruitful collaboration: To date, First Born recorded four albums for Vizion Sounds, and the company has also enlarged the scope of its recording plans with album offerings from Luciano, Gregory Isaacs, Big Youth, former Black Uhuru lead singer Andrew Bees and the debut-album of one of Jamaica’s new bright stars – King Prof.
