In order to spice up the show a bit I decided to bring on a guest for the first time. Today’s guest will be my good friend Jakov, who already inspired many people to start their nutrition and fitness journey by going through a huge transformation himself.
We start off by talking about Jakov’s music and upcoming projects, of which you’ll hear a couple of tunes in today’s broadcast (hence the Lite in Podcast). The focal points are: training during the Covid crisis, alternatives to gyms and home workouts with minimal equipment. There is also plenty of nutritional talk ranging from dieting habits that got Jakov in top form after being overweight.
We also touch on supplementation and our favourite meals and food choices. Expect plenty of banter.
