A playlist that simply has been my travelCOMPANIon on that beautiful single | a travel alone mission, to munich last week.
To serve, to do some SEVA work for AMMAs VISIT schlepping and rearranging chairs (sessel as I call them, an inside joke that is… ), for her charity, chanting, meditation and ALL night and day hugging aka darshan event. Phewwww. What an experience, I had noooooo idea what I was in for. Still needing some time to let it all settle in. POWERful all around to say the least.
Seems like she has been calling me since the beginning of the year, when Sridar Silberfein, a legendary figure in the American wellness and yoga scene and founder of theeeee BHAKTI fest in Jushua tree, California, put her, AMMA, onto my radar, and into my head and heart,
over a lunch chat at govinda restaurant, right next to the ISCKON Chowpatty Temple in Mumbai, the day after the oh so incredibly fun and beautiful flower festival there.
Seems like I just got sidetracked on the AMMAtrain…
