  1. I wish I’d heard this on Burns‘ Night!
    Extremely informative and very well presented. Indeed, you both gave the impression that you really enjoyed making the show. I like the way you gave plenty of background on both Burns and his work, tying it into the political situation at the time. And I’ve no idea how you found the songs and recitals – either you have a large collection or you have fun doing the research!
    If I were to make one criticism however, it would be that maybe some of the terms used could have been explained a little better for the listeners, e.g., ‚tenant farmers‘ – I’m not so sure many listeners would understand that, and also ‚Alloway‘. We know where it is, but do the Austrian audience?
    Great show!!!!
